What is the status of my tax refund and how can I check?

To check the status of your refund, please visit the IRS website. The IRS website is updated once every 24 hours with information on the status of your tax refund. Our customer service team does not have information on when your tax refund will arrive.

If everything has been entered correctly and the IRS accepts your tax returns, your tax refund will be loaded directly onto your Wisely card as soon as your return is processed. Upgrade may be required.
