What do I need to do when I’m notified of unusual account activity?

If you attempt a transaction that seems suspicious, it will be blocked, and you will receive a text message. If the transaction is yours and you reply “Yes” to the text, you can retry your transaction. If you don’t recognize it and reply “No,” we’ll immediately lock your card to further protect your account.​
