If I enroll in a Wisely card with Earned Wage Access, can I access my available earned wages before my physical card arrives?

Yes! With the Wisely card, you can add your card to your Digital Wallet right from the myWisely app by tapping “Add to Wallet” from the app’s main screen. Once you make an EWA transfer and have an available balance in your account, you can make purchases directly from your Digital Wallet at participating stores, online and on apps that accept Apple Pay^®, Samsung Pay^®, and Google Pay^TM. You can even access your funds on payday before your physical card arrives by using your digital wallet or using the “Get Cash” option.

To use the “Get Cash” option, select the “Get Cash” button at the top of the myWisely app’s main screen. Additionally, the “Get Cash” option is also available by tapping the “Move Money” icon at the bottom of the app’s home screen. After accepting the terms and conditions and confirming your information, choose a withdrawal amount. You will then get a code and a barcode emailed to you, or you can view it in the app, which you can use to get funds at a nearby Walmart Money Center or Customer Service desk.

The code and barcode expire after three hours. If the code and barcode expire, the funds initially requested through “Get Cash” will be returned to your available balance.
