How do I cancel my card/close my Wisely account?
If you feel you must close your Wisely account, Wisely Customer Service can help. But first, determine whether you need to close your account:
Changing employers
Even if you change jobs, you can take your Wisely card and the same account information with you! Be sure to upgrade your card to receive this benefit and all the features available to you. There is no cost to upgrade your card. Requesting an upgrade will automatically initiate an identity verification process utilizing your personal information already on file.
Fraudulent transactions
Concerned about transactions you don’t recognize or didn’t authorize? Let the Wisely Customer Service team assist you with card cancellation and fraud support services.
Duplicate card issues
If you have received more than one Wisely card and you only need one, contact Wisely customer service for assistance.
Never received your Wisely card or something else
If you never received your Wisely card, the Wisely Customer Service team can help you with a replacement card and answer any questions or concerns you might have.
