How do I direct deposit my tax refund to my Wisely card?

Before requesting your tax refund be added to your Wisely card, be sure your card is upgraded.

Log in to the myWisely^® app or mywisely.com.
Go to Account Settings > Direct Deposit to get your account and routing numbers.
Enter them in the refund section of your tax return.
Select checking as your refund type.
Set up account alerts in the myWisely^® app so you’ll know when your refund arrives.

If you have a Wisely Pay card (see back of your card), access to certain features or loading funds from sources other than the company you received your card through requires an upgrade, which you can request in the myWisely app or by calling the number on the back of your card. Requesting an upgrade will automatically initiate an identity verification process utilizing your personal information already on file which must be validated in order to upgrade.
