What do I have to do before setting up a direct deposit for my tax refund?

Before requesting your tax refund be added to your Wisely card, be sure your card is upgraded.

Log in to the myWisely^® app or mywisely.com.
Go to Account Settings > Direct Deposit to get your account and routing numbers.
Enter them in the refund section of your tax return.
Select checking as your refund type.
Set up account alerts in the myWisely^® app so you’ll know when your refund arrives.

Requesting an upgrade will automatically initiate an identity verification process utilizing your personal information already on file which must be validated in order to upgrade.
